In 2015, I began exploring Western classical music and discovered the piano. I was largely self-taught, using YouTube as a source of learning and spending hours listening to songs and figuring out how to play them on my own. Without formal guidance, I learned by listening, experimenting, making mistakes, and gradually understanding the instrument through practice.

I discovered Western classical piano and began learning independently through YouTube, listening to songs and figuring them out myself.

As my interest in the piano grew, I started participating in school competitions and performing whenever I had the opportunity. I also became the only female keyboardist in my school assembly, which gave me the chance to regularly perform in front of others. These experiences helped me become more comfortable on stage and gave me the confidence to take my playing beyond practice.

In 2017, I started going to Jaypee Greens Resort to practice. Having access to a grand piano was a very special opportunity for me at that stage of my journey, especially because of how rare and valuable it was to practice on an instrument like that. What began simply as a place to practice became an important part of my growth as a pianist.

I started practicing at Jaypee Greens Resort, where having access to a grand piano became an important milestone in my journey.

The years that followed were about continuously learning, practicing, and discovering my own way of playing. I spent time exploring different songs, improving my technique, and building experience through consistent practice. Being self-taught meant that much of this growth came from curiosity and the willingness to keep learning on my own.

I continued developing my playing through consistent practice, exploring different songs, and growing as a self-taught pianist.

After years of learning and developing my own playing, I started giving offline piano classes in 2023. Teaching gave me a new perspective on music — not just understanding how to play myself, but learning how to explain concepts, guide students, and help someone else experience the same joy of learning an instrument.

I started giving offline piano classes, sharing the knowledge and experience I had developed through years of learning and practice.

In 2024, my journey at Jaypee Greens came full circle when I began working there professionally as a pianist. The place where I had once gone simply to practice on a grand piano had now become a professional space where I could perform. It was an important transition from learning and practicing music to making it a part of my professional life.

I began working professionally as a pianist at Jaypee Greens, returning to the place where my piano journey had grown.

In 2025, I expanded my teaching beyond the classroom and started giving piano classes online. This allowed me to connect with students from different places and continue sharing my knowledge in a more flexible way. Alongside performing, teaching became another important part of my journey as a pianist.

I expanded my teaching online, connecting with students from different places while continuing my work as a pianist and teacher.

After spending years learning the piano independently, I decided to take my musical education further through formal examinations. I completed Trinity Grade 3 in 2025 and successfully cleared Trinity Grade 5 in 2026. My next milestone is Trinity Grade 8 in 2027, continuing to build on the experience I have gained through self-learning, performing, and teaching.

I completed Trinity Grade 3 in 2025, cleared Grade 5 in 2026, and am working towards completing Grade 8 in 2027.
